Ultimate Spider-Man (Infinite Comics) (2016) - J.J.J. In The Life is the twenty-sixth issue of the Ultimate Spider-Man Infinite Comics.
The people of the city are beginning to lose faith in Spidey… Thanks to J. Jonah Jameson! Although beating the bad guys is awesome, being labeled a "wall-crawling creep" ain't that cool. After a fight against Boomerang, Spidey hopes to turn the tide of public opinion back in his favor!
J. Jonah Jameson is ranting about Spider-Man and his wanting of attention and glory but Spider-Man revels that he finds it so relaxing, eating his lunch in peace and that nobody takes him seriously. However, he hears two ladies named Wendy and Lisa talking about Jameson and Spider-Man with Lisa believing that Spider-Man and other heroes can be relied on while Wendy believes that Jameson is right and that they'll forget to be there for each other. Spider-Man becomes upset by this until he sees Boomerang taking the police down after robbing the bank. Spider-Man decides to proves Wendy wrong and chases Boomerang and fights him. After defeating him, Lisa is impressed but Wendy isn't. Spider-Man starts talking to the two until Boomerang falls into trash which causes some to go onto Wendy's shirt. This causes Spider-Man and Wendy to argue about his actions until Wendy decides to leave with Lisa. Spider-Man suddenly senses one of Boomerang's boomerangs destroying a rope holding concrete pipes and saves the two from getting crushed but it also destroys a car. This causes Wendy to criticize him again for his actions. While going on about it Lisa saves Wendy from being run over by a van. They both leave after revealing that they need each other and this makes Spider-Man realize that he needs to pay more attention to the hero thing and that Jameson is wrong about him.
