Early life[]
At an unknown time, Iron Fist was Blood Spider's (who was known as Spider-Man at the time) teammate until he was turned into a vampire by The Lizard King and his vampires, who then conquered most of the world. Blood Spider had began fighting the Lizard King and his empire after becoming the last superhero in the city. He also gained the identity of the Blood Spider.

When Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid were sent to recover the shards of the destroyed Siege Perilous, they meet the vampire versions of White Tiger, Iron Fist and Power Man and after mistaking them for his team from his universe, they are shocked to find them as vampires. Iron Fist tells him that it will be his last mistake. While Vampire White Tiger and Vampire Power Man attack Kid Arachnid, Vampire Iron Fist attacks Spider-Man. While being attacked, Spider-Man wishes he should've carried garlic in his suit. They take the fight to the ground where Kid Arachnid asks about every superhero being a vampire with Vampire Iron Fist telling him that they will be. Vampire White Tiger and Vampire Iron Fist battle Kid Arachnid while Spider-Man battles Vampire Power Man until Blood Spider arrives by defeating Vampire White Tiger and Vampire Power Man much to the others shock. Vampire Iron Fist tackles him and threatens that the Lizard King will have him but Blood Spider tells him that he will someday but not tonight and defeats him. After the Lizard King uses another shard of the Siege Perilous, he causes the sun to get darker. Vampire White Tiger, Vampire Iron Fist and Vampire Power Man are present when the Lizard King makes his speech to the vampires until the spiders arrive. While Blood Spider battles the Lizard King, Vampire White Tiger, Vampire Iron Fist and Vampire Power Man battle Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid. Fortunately, Spider-Man uses the gun with the shard and Ultra-Violet lamp to fully cure everyone back to normal and brings the sun back. The team are surprised that they are normal again and Blood Spider thanks Spider-Man for proving to him that there was another way to save his friends instead of destroying them. However, "The Wolf" takes the shard and reveals himself as "Wolf Spider". He attacks Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid but they escape with their shard to the next universe. Blood Spider and his team confront him and point out that they don't just defeat vampires but Wolf Spider escapes with his shard for the next universe.
