Fall is a seasonal villain.
History[]
Fall and the Four Seasons attempted to steal a valuable artifact from a museum. Spider-Man arrived and battled the four super-villains, until he turned them against each other over the leadership of the team.
They were soon taken into custody by S.H.I.E.L.D.[1]
