Attuma is a barbarian Atlantean. He believes he is destined to conquer Atlantis.
History[]
Attuma is a warlord from Atlantis who first fought the Avengers and eventually became a member of The Cabal.
The Avenging Spider-Man Part 1[]
Spider-Man and the Avengers fight Attuma at the beach. Attuma is defeated when Spider-Man swung Attuma far out into the ocean.
Contest of Champions: Part 3[]
Terrax became a participant in the Contest of Champions a game between the Grandmaster and the Collector.
Powers and Abilities[]
Attuma possesses various superhuman abilities common to the Atlanteans. However, his strength, stamina, resistance to physical injury, and swimming speed are much higher than the majority of his race, as his abilities are similar to that of the Hulk or Thor, especially when in water.
Like most Atlanteans, Attuma could not survive out of water for more than 10 minutes without the aid of mechanical devices or certain chemicals, for most of his life. His physical abilities are significantly reduced when out of the water. Like all Atlanteans his specially developed vision allows him to see clearly in the murky depths of the ocean.
